14 grams of powdered gelatine
200 ml of hot water
800 ml coconut milk
100 ml milk
60 grams of sugar
How to Make:
1 Prepare the gelatin powder and mixed with 100 ml of hot water. Stir until blended.
2 Mix the sugar with the remaining hot water (100 ml) in a separate bowl. Mix with coconut milk and liquid milk.
3 Mix the two. Then divide into two parts again. One section give pink food coloring.
4 Pour the liquid in the bowl or mold first. Wait 15 minutes to be set. Pour batter with a different color and wait 15 minutes. Perform up to 4 layers.
5. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours until all lapiran be set. Cut the shape according to taste. Pudding ready to be served.
